<font color="666666"> This weeks hardcore exercise is one-handed pushups, used as a final blow to top off your chest workout!
I've used this exercise for the past three chest workouts, and I've seen great improvements! My first workout I performed 15 reps per arm, by the third week I was able to do 25 on the left and 30 on the right.
Procedure:
Grab a dumbbell, something around 25, try to get one that is NOT round( it will roll left/right as you do pushups! ). Now line up one of your arms with the dumbbell on the floor in front of you. Use the dumbbell as the base for your hand. Put the same side leg straight back and the opposite leg out at about a 30 degree angle. Place your opposite hand below your buttox for balance. Now, go all out with the one-handed pushups! Make sure you bring your body NEXT TO the dumbbell, not right above it. Once you fail either rest-pause out some more or switch sides.
