What are some of your favorite leg exercies?? The ones that make your legs feel like noodles afterwards or just ones that you love so much cuz you can feel the stretch?

Squats rock! Change the stances and you can nail everything in the upper legs, glutes, thighs etc.
Although I started hating lunges but now I think they are great too. They'd be my number two.
Between the two of them you can toast your legs into jelly.

squats are my favorite, but my leg workout also has leg extensions, leg curls, and calf raises.

I like front squats also but my fav has got to be the extention. I love the way my thighs look when all three heads of the top quad group are working /forum/images/graemlins/laugh.gif:D:D

Box squats for speed! Stretchy, stretchy, stretchy! And the sound of plates clattering is like music. Combined with the chain rattle, it makes the gym seem like the dungeon it should be.
Squats, Zercher Squats, Front Squats, Hack Squats, SLDL's, Glute Ham Raises to name a few.

I love supersetting leg extensions and 1.5 reps sissy squats. If you go heavy on extensions and implement the Yu Yevon Method into every set, those sissy squats are enough to make you chew your arms off in burning, fiery pain.

my personal favorite is where you get into a rock climbing harness and hook up a rope to a car. have a friend throw it in N" and start pullin bro. do this in 20 yard segments. after about 3 to 4 trade offs with yoru partner. run a quick sprint of 50 yards 4 times and then hit the jump squats. you will be huge in no time. he he he. note. do this on flat ground. inclines or declines suck.

I like squats and leg extensions. I recently discovered reverse calf raises make my calves feel like they are literally on fire.

Squats are great, although I only started with them a few weeks ago (didnt work legs much because I played basketball alot and they were already big and strong). But right now I cant do them because of an ankle sprain /forum/images/graemlins/frown.gif
Leg curls are the most painfull though. I both hate and love them

First squats then plate-loaded leg press (only because I can go super-heavy on these. It makes me feel better about my workout knowing I can lift a 1,000 lbs in any form).

I a a 29yr old 6'4 211lb male and no matter what I do my legs will not grow. I am an avid cyclist and my legs are hard cut and strong as hell but I want to add size to them. My favorite exercise is the squat.

I think you are going to have to go with implants, then.
JUST KIDDING.
Try shocking them (http://www.abcbodybuilding.com/frontworkouts.php?id=17&subId=38)
And also try some new exercises (http://www.abcbodybuilding.com/slideshow.php?id=16&subId=37)
if you are just squating, try changing it up with some new stuff, this will help you grow.
A sure way to make anything grow is to work it out in a way it has never been worked before. This will shock the muscle and give you the growth you want.
If you do what you always did, you'll get what you always got. ( I think Coz said that) /forum/images/graemlins/smile.gif
