This weeks exercise is going to consist of a superset of,

Bent over cable laterals (http://www.abcbodybuilding.com/excercise/bentovercablelaterals.htm)

with standingLateral Raises (http://www.abcbodybuilding.com/excercise/standing%20lateral%20raises.htm)

This superset will annihilate both the side and rear delts.

After completing 3 sets in this manner, move onto incline lateral raises. To perform these lie on a bench with your chest firmly planted on the pad. Set the bench at a low incline. Next perform dumbbell raises to the sides. This angle will effectively target both the side and rear delts.

Enjoy athletes you're delts are gonna burn! /forum/images/graemlins/grin.gif

Tommy what do you have to work with? Maybe we can come up with another plan for your home gym!

Also that "Crap" title next to your weight is no good bro.

You have the power to build or destroy yourself with the power of your tounge. The last thing you should do is say negative things about yourself. Constructive critism, OK, but not demeaning things, like "I'm crap". For one I know that's not true, your arms are huge, second its not what you're going through but what you're going to, that matters.

I've been doing a similar set, different order, with DBs only (another home gymmer here, OS).

I do laterals then front raises and follow up with bent laterals (Instead of being bent to 90 degrees I go to about 45 from vertical. I found this to work well for me as a giant set rather than split it into a SS with a regular set following, partly due to time constraints but it also burns everything well.

I do this after a good round of military presses then followup with the rest of my shoulder routine.

Although I was at my school gym so I was in a small room with about 40 guys so theres no way the cables would have been available.

Dumb question - how exactly do you flex your front delts? I can't seem to find a flex that tightens up the front delt, it just stays normal no matter what I try.
