For, um, hardcore blonde highlights? I'm at a loss as to why you'd supplement with it. Any oral administration is just going to break down immediately in the gut to oxygen and water... and oxygen in your stomach isn't going to do you much good.

I supplement the natural healing of bruises and cuts with it, but that's all.

Don't let them laugh at you. I've been taking H2O2 for a while now and it does a LOT.
Kills a cold in 2 days
Reduces DOMS
Increases Recovery
and all kinds of other good stuff.

You just can't take it orally.
There is a better way!
Here is what I use. It's H2O2 + minerals
