Hey all, I've had my bday since i last posted progress pics /forum/images/graemlins/wink.gif

i think theres a bit of improvement in my legs, considering my squat has shot up to 160kg (360lbs). Calves are real hard gainers, but every calve session is as hardcore as 8weeks to bigger calves!

Legs are still getting hit hard (i know they gotta grow lots more)
and so are traps.

excuse the double chin and the flab around the mid section i'm still bulking (slowly) /forum/images/graemlins/grin.gif

Not bad man. You are looking good, low Bf. I say work on the Traps and Triceps a bit more. It mayb just the pics but they seem to be lacking. Oh yea and don't forget 2 bulk!!! /forum/images/graemlins/grin.gif

Legs are still the overall weakness. Back is your strongest area.

thx, traps are lacking but they've grown alot.. can't get the bump in them atm.. keep hittin em hard though they'll come.

My triceps are small i find it hard to add mass to the hole area and get a really big look arm from behind, i hit them bloody hard.. they dont get as sore as some body parts and they seem to recover really quick. I do alot of mass exercises on triceps such as close grip bench, skullcrushers, weighted bar dips, weight behind the back dips and variations of cable exercises.

yeah legs are small they can be excuses, considering i've been working out for almost 3.5yrs and i've only been working legs 5months /forum/images/graemlins/ooo.gif

I find it hard to gain weight, i think this is due to me not getting enough protein.. i really gotta pull my finger out and correct my diet. Only supplement i take is whey, thinking about starting creatine soon but dont know which brand to go for.
