Been on the 13HCFB diet since January 1st. The first set of pics is from January 28th. The second set of pics is just of abs from February 22nd. About 8 weeks into the diet.

Good progress, I would recommend some more exercises for inne-rchest. You have those triangel "breasts" /forum/images/graemlins/smile.gif. Must be benching a lot huh /forum/images/graemlins/smile.gif ?

Yeah. Mostly bench style exercises. Any recommendations for innner-chest exercises?

Cable Crossovers, Incline DB/Cable Flyes are the ones that work best for me.

Thanks everyone. I just followed the advice on this site to a T. Never cheated on any of my diet (except one day for my birthday). I do everthing as it is laid out here. It is because of all the awesome advice that I have gotten great results so Thank YOU!

The points I need to work on the most are:
- Inner-Chest: always been an issue with me.
- Forearms: getting bigger everyday.

Once again, Thank you to everyone for all the great help.

Are you going to start bulking now? Even if you arent done with your cut, i think you should go ahead and cleanly bulk.

nice abs, try and work on your inner chest more. cable crossovers and flies should help out a lot

Typical day goes as follows:

Meal 1 - 8:00
1/2c Oatmeal
2sc Whey
Multi,Calcium, Vitamin C

Meal 2 - 11:00
8oz some meat
Leafy Green
4oz Sweet Potato

Meal 3 - 2:00
4oz some meat
Leafy Green
Some sort of oil (natty pb, olive oil, etc)

Meal 4 - 5:00 (Pre workout)
Whey shake(water) or Meat
Some sort of oil

Meal 5 - PWO
Whey
Was using sugar up until 7 weeks.
Creatine/Glutamine as outlined in window of opp article
Vitamin C

Meal 6 - 10:00 or so...
Meat
Leafy Green
Oil of some sort

Before Bed
Zinc/Magnesium

Stats
The electro-impedance bf calculator says 11.4% but my friend who is a trainer took it using calipers and it said 23%!! I want to believe the electro impedance device, but my buddy says I am not at 11%, not sure.

Other than that, don't have any. I'm not too into the size of my muscles, just my overall look.

dude your trainer friend screwed up the measurements. i'd peg you at 9-10. the starting pics you might have been 13-15

hey chain, what are your stats.. and lower body pic.. stats, age, ht, wt, waist, chest, calfs, etc.. makes the difference// But most diffently good job. And a praise for following advice to the t//
