These are taken today. I have already lost 90 pounds and now want to get into real competition shape by my 50th Birthday in 4 years. An extreme goal I know but a good one. I was hesitant to put in the last picture but if I want an honest critique I must include the fat one too. I really want to get muscular but also really want to lose what is left of my gut. Should I work on muscle or fat loss at this point? I must say I have never seen my back and was surprised it is as good as it is. Biceps/triceps puny. Funny how all the fat on them used to make people think I was strong. Well what do you think. Which way should I go? Thanks in advance

I'd say you should concentrate on losing the fat first, and then go on a bulk. Great to see you're on the right track. Good luck with your goal bud, we'll be supporting you all the way.
