View Full Version : Creatine Loading/Unloading?

I heard that it is best to take in Creatine for a few weeks (I'm not sure how many weeks) then don't take it for a few weeks, before taking it again.

Basically on and off.

My questions are...
1)How many weeks on, how many weeks off?
2)Do you still take Glutamine with PW shake?
3)Does your PW shake change at all besides the lack of Creatine?

3)Does your PW shake change at all besides the lack of Creatine? <font color="blue">Only the amount of dextro/malto dextrine if you're cutting or bulking. It doesn't change due to being on or off creatine. </font>
