first note: hurting your shoulder WILL KILL YOU in a powerlifting comp.

(i slipped on the ice on friday morning (didn't know it was there lol.. unexpected snow.. and smashed off of my left shoulder, my neck is hurt too)

deadlift
395 pretty easy 405 really easy 425: couldn't even pick it up! WTF?
bench
225 warmup 235 EASY 245 no /forum/images/graemlins/mad.gif 245 no /forum/images/graemlins/mad.gif
squat
315 super easy 335 super easy 375 went down to slow and had to let the catch bar hold the weight.. couldn't get it off the catch bar by myself, no lift.

wow.. i couldn't bench 205 x 3 today.

i needed a lift on 185.

trainer thinks i tore my ac joint i think.. where my collar bone and deltoids connect or something?

not sure about how my cuts going.. still not seeing much difference, still sick as hell, but i have 12 weeks until school ends, so i'll start the 12wthcfbd i think..

some kid put a porn cd in a laptop on the bus and this girls face was HILARIOUS!

on another note.. the girl i like now knows i like her.. she was shocked cause i 'hid it well...'

seriously now: i keep hurting myself.

i can't squat anymore.. it hurts like hell to do 135.
for some reason i can deadlift... i did 320x4, 320x4, and 380x2 and it only hurt on the last rep of 380.

it KILLED when i tried to power clean..

if anyone here thinks that they could help.. i'll post more or email you

anyways, you might want to re-read my post. You need to tell the people what is hurting you. You cannot just say "it hurts when I do this".

Define "it". What hurts? Your knees? Your whole body? what type of pain?

For somebody who asks for help, you sure are rude about it.

it's kind of sore during the day but it gives me a searing, shooting pain doing squats.. usually at or near parallel.

Second: I'm not going to post a useless description of my pain.. i was asking if there was anyone who thought they could help me. I put my description up rich.. you're not going to get much out of that though.

i agree with rich, you need to be specific on what hurts, is it your vastus lateralis, rectus femoris, vastus medialis, etc. be more specific

guys... i didn't even go to the combine. i was grounded (had to study) and i had to watch my sister. what crap. they didn't even do bench or vert or any other jumps though
