Ok this is one shot I just got this camera, and some things you should know I had major surgery this summer and was out the WHOLE summer I have picked up lifting again for about 5 weeks. Im 16 and weigh 160 I was 175 before surgery

I think I remember when you were saying that you were going into surgery. I hear hospitals provide glutamine post surgery to help maintain muscle mass. Were you offerred this? I am curious.

No I had no idea thats terrible I wonder how much of my muscle mass I would have retained!

lets not get my post deleted im getting more pics in as soon as my dad gets back from work (he's flying right now) have my mom take it, and I dont have a freaking boner in those pics cut it out people!
