Well, since you're a Firefighter, I felt obliged to post. Not that I'm a firefighter, but my nickname is appropriate! Heh. LOL.

Anyway, good progress. Back looks nice - keep working on the lats...the wider the better! And I think you could use a bit more rise in your biceps, so you might consider prioritizing those.

when i was first looking at them (the before-pics) i didnt know they were "before" pics, until i scrolled down...but then as the date kept changing to 2003 you looked like a whole new body.. i have to commend you on that...
by the way, how tall are you? i weigh more than you , but i dont think im nearly as wide as you

Aha - the Sony DSC707!? I'm flying the 707 and it's a great camera. I've done a couple of mirror shots myself, though recently I've used the LCD display, a mirror and the timer. Go into timer mode, go out in front with the shutter release, line up generally watching the LCD in the mirror, click the shutter, do final lineup in the mirror, and there it is. Definitely a great camera!

Thanks Scott and everyone else. I've sort of lost my motivation over the past few weeks and really needed those comments.

I think it may be time for another clean Winter bulk. I'd love to take it up to around 200-205. Then it's off with the fat. My goal next time....9% bf or less!!! Gonna use this fast metabolism for something good!
