I posted these in my journal, but thought I would post them here for some more feedback.

You look nicely positioned to look great after a bulk - bf fairly low, a nice base for all muscle groups. I think an overall general program of arms/delts/chest/back would just be great.

I would say you deff. need work on the calves, and maybe a little mass on your chest/traps.

You hit the nail right on the head. Calves are a priority for me, with chest and traps being pounded as well. Results so far are encouraging, can't wait to see results at the end of the challenge! Will post update pics after the challenge.

If I could suggest something that helped me alot with my calves training. Currently on week 3, and love the f'n pain!

Believe it or not I just signed in to take a look at that program! How have your results been thus far? This is my first time taking calf training seriously ( legs altogether for that matter ). Calves were always discouraging because of how weak they were due to a medical condition. This time around though they are a big focus, and I am proud to say an inch was added to them at the time of those pics ( imagine those calves minus an inch!) My strength has improved as well.

The results have been amazing, I have not a complaint 'bout them at all. Though I think I am going have to go lighter on 'em since my knees are starting to ache bad.

Would you guys say 33% bf looks about right? I am playing around tonight trying to get my measurements right. That is what I got so far.

You need a overall program in which will build on all parts both upper and lower body. A good clean diet will make a difference into the overall.
