Fundamentally this is what I am planning. Work the major muscle groups once a week and all the minor ones, twice a
week. Besides, dedicate 30 mins for Cardio.

Monday: Biceps, thighs, traps
Tuesday: Triceps, Calves, Abs
Wednesday: Shoulders, Forearms, Chest
Thursday: Biceps, thighs, traps
Friday: Triceps, Calves, Abs
Saturday: Shoulders, Forearms, Chest

You need to add back exercises and 6 days/week is too much, especially when you train everything twice

Hey I had trouble with my browser hence was not able to make an update earlier.


Hmmm...lets see. I started on Monday as planned.
Every other day when I wake up I have soreness somewhere.
I am really excited about this now.

Thoh I have been working on the Challenge, I hadnt been
serious on the cardio front (to be honest). I used to start with a 1/2hour morning walk. After I read the post on HIIT,
I really got geared up and today was my first day with HIIT.

Within 30 seconds my lungs were begging for a breath and screaming. I dont know if I didn it for long, but overall
I felt good, and hungry!! :-))
