i wont post any cycle yet, ill post it when the challenge starts but basicly i will be training 3-4 times/week at home (dont have time to go the gym) so mainly the exercise ill be doing will be free weights...

heres my bulk diet(ill add the pcf ratios later):

<font color="blue"> meal #1 06:00 </font>
oatmeal (1,5dl of oats to 2dl of fatfree milk) 270kcal, 15g protein, 42,8g carbs, 5,7g fat (6,6g fibers)
4 whole eggs
10g creatine with 10g dextrose(loading phase)
5dl water or milk (milk 1dl 33 kcal 3,3g prot, 4,9 carbs, 0g fat)

<font color="blue"> meal #2 09:00-10:00 </font>
m.r.p. (this may change cuz im at school by then but i'll post what i ate every day)

<font color="blue"> meal #3 12:00 </font>
schoolfood (finnish schools provide free meals so i will eat what i get)
5 dl milk (1,6% fat)

<font color="blue"> meal #4 15:00-17:00 </font>
tuna or chicken or turkey or something meat 300g+
pasta or rice 200g
milk or water 3-7dl

<font color="blue"> meal #5 18:00-20:00 </font>
post w/o shake(47gprotein,25g glutamine, 15g creatine, 25g dextrose) 377.6 kcals, 57g prot, 31.5g carbs, 2.3fat
non work out days same that meal#4 is

<font color="blue"> meal #6 21:00-23:00 </font>
oatmeal (1,5dl of oats to 2dl of fatfree milk) 270kcal, 15g protein, 42,8g carbs, 5,7g fat (6,6g fibers)
protein shake (1,5 dl of whey mixed with 4dl of milk) 318kcal, 50g protein, 24,3g carbs, 2,3g fat
(water 5dl)
meal #6 total 588kcals, 65gprot, 67g carbs, 8g fat (6,6g fibers)


With all these ill take 10-15 twinlabs amino fuel tabs, vitamins c,d,a and zmas

heres my training cycle:
monday: abs, calfs ( /forum/images/graemlins/blush.gif abs are back.. i havent trained them for ages)
tuesday: shoulders, back
wednesday: rest
thursday: chest, triceps
friday: biceps, forearms
saturday: rest
sunday: legs (calfs will be trained 2 days in row but they will get rest for 5 days/week)

with all this i have 4 times a week basketball practises and im gonna do some endurance training 1-2 times a week

breakfast 6:20:
oatmeal
1 egg white
milk sourcream (i dont know what u call this but its good)
in 100g theres 64 kcals 11g prot, 4.2g carbs, 0,4g fat
blueberries
4dl milk
5dl water with 10g cretine and 15g dextrose and 4 amino fuel tablets

meal 2 10:00:
umm ½ of a cheese umm the long bread that french people eat /forum/images/graemlins/tongue.gif

meal 3 12:00:
rice
chicken
2dl milk

meal 4 15:45:
300g pigs meat /forum/images/graemlins/smile.gif
2 egg whites
5 dl milk

just finished training for today

today i did abs and calves, it was pretty easy so i wont take post wo shake at all.

lying leg lifts 2x20
crunches 2x20

<font color="blue"> calves </font>

calf raises 4x30
calf jumps 2x20
