BodyFat: Gotta still get my caliper
Height: 5'8
BULKING!
Workout Split!
Monday: Chest/Biceps
Tuesday:Cardio/Abs
Wednesday:Triceps/Shoulders
Thursday:Cardio/forearms
Friday:Back/Traps
Saturday: Legs (quads and calves), abs and forearms
Sunday: Rest
Is that all we need?

yea will get to that Yu.. sorry I did it before and It was getting all ready for bed then theres been school but yea I will take the measurements again.. do you want 9 point cause i did the 7 cause I can't do my back so can i just give you the seven points..?
If anyone wanted to know well after 3 weeks of not benching I was at about 150 lbs (max) and today I maxed out at 170!!:):):)
Alrite A little change In my workout schedule tomorrow I will be doing my legs.. just cause I am so anxeious to work them out! will probably be doing Leg Press, Squats, Hack Squats, Half Squat, Lunges anything else?
