Good luck, bro'!!! You and I are of the same age, I can tell. I weigh 30 pounds more than you do, though - but I guess my bf is about 12% or so, so we're on the same level!
May the best man win! /forum/images/graemlins/smile.gif

Thanks Yu, I've been looking at some of the other challengers and I think I'm going to have to work like an animal to stay in this thing!
To ANYONE:
Any advice on my workout? I thought it looked solid but there's always room for improvement.

I hear ya. That wakeboarding is rough on the body. I used to be into it big time. When I was attempting a flip, I landed wrong and dislocated my shoulder!! Nowadays I'm so into bodybuilding that I don't want anything to keep me out of the gym, so I am really cautious of other "risky" sports. But wakeboarding will always be my most favorite water sports!

Thanks. I was so bummed about having to drop out. /forum/images/graemlins/frown.gif /forum/images/graemlins/crazy.gif I've completely recovered since then. Now, I'm just resting up to start JW's Mass blitz.
There is a link to my current journal below, if your interested.
