Nice arms. Screw the cut, BF is low enough where I would go on a clean bulk. Why no shots of the Back or Legs. From what little I can see of your back it looks like is is being neglected.

Good Job on the progress.

Def clean bulk man. Holy crap your arms are swole for only 2 months! As for chest, the more muscle you accumulate there the better it will look. Be sure to start working legs now, before you have to play catch up later. Very very nice work!

Alright ill get some pics of my calfs, in my opinion after i lost a lot of weight they went down in size by at least 2 inches. They do have some good definition, ill try to get them soon. As for my quads and my thighs, theres no definition at all really, theres just a huge ball of muscle that pops out (my legs are so white so that might be some of it)... and my back is really sore right now, ive been speared 4-5 times in football and my lower back+most of my upper except for my traps and shoulders are pretty painfull to flex. Thanks for the critiques, more pics coming soon.

Hmm.. I think i should clear some stuff up. Ive only been lifting weights for 2 months, all i wanted to do before that was get skinny. Being overweight and made fun of sucks so after i lost some weight i decided to start working out. My arms used to be 12.5" and i had no definition at all, and i really had no definition in my body what so ever. I used to be a blob with loose skin because of the weight i lost. Im pretty new to weightlifting and stuff so when people say bulk, i take that as gain weight, and when people say cut, i take that as keep training to gain muscle (am i right?) I really dont want to do any bulking because im afraid i wont beable to lose the weight again.... but this might be the best for overall results. If i keep cutting wont i still get bigger because im gaining more muscle? Im just a little confused on what i should do, if bulking is the best way to go then ill bulk i just dont want to get to over bulked (and you say clean bulk, whats that mean!) Thanks for the help

Well you're definitely on the right track. Let me see if I can clear a few things up for you. Bulking simply means putting on mass of all sorts (muscle, fat, etc). Clean bulking means finding your caloric intake which you need to maintain your current weight and then upping it by about 100 calories a day for about 5-10 days, basically until you start gaining weight. The point of a clean bulk versus a "bulk or dirty bulk" is that you are eating a defined amount of food that will help you to add muscle without gaining too much fat. Just say you were to dirty bulk and eat everything in site...you would take in far too many calories and most would be stored as fat but if you only take in a few (500-1000) calories more than you burn as in a clean bulk then most of your gains should be from muscle and not fat.

Your definition of a cut is somewhat different then the one I am traditionally used too. I believe a cut to be more of a phase in which you loss body fat while maintaining your current muscle mass (which goes against your belief in that a cut you are actually gaining muscle). Thus you appear to be gaining muscle, but really you are just seeing more of it because you are lossing mostly fat.

I hope this helps...and I am sure others will reply with more advice.

Good luck and I hope to help out whenever possible.

Arms are looking real good, chest needs major work.
Just lift, eat clean, and grow.

There's lots of exercises for every body part, for that matter.

Incline press, decline press, and flat press. Use dumbbells or barbells, and switch between each every few weeks.

Also your inner chest needs mucho work, so try pre-fatiguing it with machine or dumbbell flies. Do those, then heavy lifting on the other movements and it will definitely benefit. And/or superset those heavy movements with incline flies, decline flies, or flat flies. I'm a fan of doing that on my last sets.

For instance, I'd do incline dumbbell press, incline dumbbell press, then incline dumbbell press superset w/incline flies. Then the same for decline, but with decline flies at the end. As well, I would prefatigue the inner chest prior to doing anything.

actually im obsessed with my legs. My arms have gotten big because i work for a machine shop and lifting jacks, blocks, cases of oil, batteries, seems to work my bicep. I also curl 50lbs propane tanks when i get any spare time. And Preps seem to have long hair... but mines long because i made a bet with some friends and ill win 50$. Are there any supplements worth buying for 50$? Anyways thanks for the more posts. Im really gonna hit my chest/abs hard, and get pics of my legs/traps real soon. Thanks (and i dont mind harsh posts it just motivates me to push harder.
