Just discovered this great site/forum and look forward to taking an active part. I am an older guy ("Old Fart"?) at age 68 and wonder if there are other "seniors" out there. I have always been interested in fitness & nutrition as a way of life and have never felt better.
Here is a photo taken last year at age 67:

That's amazing! Your body doesn't even look like a 40 year olds yet. I can't believe you're 68, my grandfather is 70 and I'd hate to see what he looks like with his shirt off.

Thanks for the replies and comments - it helps with the motivation and, as we get older, we can sure use all we can get.
As to the shorts/skirt, gosh, I guess they are about as "dated" as I am /forum/images/graemlins/smile.gif I promise to take care of that next photo update. Thanks for reminding me.

I'm not even going to say that you "look great for 68yrs old" because you are in much better shape than the average 18yr old. Lookin' great for any age!
Great job........

??? Just because he is huge now doesn't mean he was huge when he was younger. There is a lot of people that don't pick up on bodybuilding until they are over 40...... Maybe even beyond!

Thanks to all who replied - and, particularly, for the nice comments. Believe me, it really helps with the motivation and keeps me "on track". Addition pix and stats can be found at:

With renewed enthusiam, I have set a new goal for myself to add 5#'s and drop 1% on my BF Ratio by November 22, i.e., gain muscle, lose fat. Impossible dream? I am fortunate to have a cyber friend who has been a tremendous help in fine-tuning both my diet and my gym work - as well as keeping on my butt.
Thanks, too, to this forum. I am having a ball reading all (well, not quite *all*) the threads.
You are inspiring. Your website is very nice, too. Please stick around and share your insights and experience.
