Im in!

I have school starting on September 1st also, hopefully I can get my diet and routine into check. I think I am going to lift my major muscle groups in the mourning and my smaller muscle groups during school or after soccer practice/games.

My split for the challenge(I think):

Sat- Hams/Quads
Sun- Chest
Mon-
Tue- Back/Delts
Wed-
Thu- Bi/Tri
Fri-

* Do abs 3x a week, calves and forearms will be done twice a week at school

Im only training each muscle group once a week for the most part but I spread it out through 4 days so I can go high volume with each group.

I talked to a good guy on this forum about wrestling and i decided I am aiming for at least 160 and hopefully 171 this season. At 165 and 6.8% bodyfat, 152 is out of the picture. Im not wrestling in college probably unless I get a full ride somewhere, so there is no point in killing myself when I have bodybuilding goals.

My goals by the end of the contest is to be at 170-175 at no higher then 8% bodyfat. Thats really my only goal. I dont't want to miss a workout even with soccer season and I want to stick to my diet as much as I can.

It sucks, but I think im dropping out of the contest, I can't do the measurements, I have calipers, but just no way of doing all the measurements in the 7 or 9 point. I will be keeping a journal though and even though im not in this competition I will still try to progress the most during these next 12 weeks /forum/images/graemlins/smile.gif
