this is my first time posting pictures. im really white in the pictures so please dont point out the obvious. im 15 yrs old, i weigh 140 pounds and im 5ft 8in. i dont know what my bf% is so if someone wants to guess go for it. please comment if you want.

I wish I began working out at your age. I was about the same size at your age. You just gotta eat big and lift big. As soon as you know it, you'll be huge.

thanks for the comments. but i have a question. i do not understand how to bulk. i dont want to eat the fattiest crap i can find. am i supposed to eat a lot of lean meats, fruits & stuff like that.

Yeah sorry i didn't really help then, there is a saying which u are probably familar with and that is "you are what you eat".
It is important to eat as cleanly as possible for you results to be more promising.
I could go on and on but to get an idea of what you should be eating have a look at the nutrition forum and magazine. I will email you a lists in a minute of a recent post, it should help a bit.
