15% ish
190 lbs...you mustve made an error.
I'm 16, 6'1 and 180 lbs, but I have a higher BF%, around 25% (guestimate, still gotta get calipers).

/forum/images/graemlins/confused.gif I just don't see what's so hard to believe. I'm 5'8", 210lbs at 16%. Before I ever started lifting I weighed 150 which is at the upper end of normal for someone my height who has no extra muscle and an average bf%. He's 6" taller than me. That's worth about 30lbs. I would expect someone his height who's never lifted to weigh 165-180. 190 is easy to believe. 10 lb of extra muscle is nothing. Anyway, I appologize for ranting on your thread. I just couldn't help myself. /forum/images/graemlins/tongue.gif

My husband is 6'2 and 195 pounds. Even though my husband has a much higher BF%, he also has TONS more mass than these pictures show on you. I don't see how this kid can weigh that much. No offence - your pretty lean (and cute for a kid!) but I also don't see that much weight on you.

Nice wide upeer back. Pec starting to cut.
I'd would have guessed 155 at 19/21%BF.
Wide Oblieques and 4 inch waist girdle could add 5/15lbs but then I'd guess you 24/26 bf

It is very easy to believe he weighs 190. Taller people always appear lighter than what they are. At 222 and a height of 6' 3", most people still think I am about 20-25 pounds lighter. Besides, you can't even see his legs. He may have a good bit of mass in his quads and calves.

There must be alot of puny people posting here. 155 at 6'2", LMAO, if you're a stick. I can't believe a certified personal trainer would say that. Ok, I can actually. Ever look at a BMI chart? Even a sedentary person should weigh more than that. This kid doesn't look like he's starving to death to me.

At 190, for no more muscle structure than I can see in your pictures, I'd guess bf% to be at 20% or better. I do see a fairly wide upper back structure and personally think that you have some potential to clean up and add some lean mass.
As for the questions on your weight?? Being over 6', I suppose it's possible. You've got a lot of weight in your bones, but you do have a fair amount of fat over those bones and muscles too!
Don't sweat it though. You can make all the progress that you want. You just gotta get a program and stick with it!
