Brock - you're in the right place. The HYPERplasia Challengd Forum does not appear in the drop down box when you click on Forums above. You have to go to the Forum Index Page (as I assume you did) to get here. So you're in the right place, dude! /forum/images/graemlins/cool.gif

ok i diet is going better. here is what i have had the past few days.

fri-
meal one - cup oatmean and whey shake 2 scoops

meal two- whey shake 2 scoops

meal three- turkery burger veggies and wheat tortilla

meal four- chicken with sweet potato and veggies

meal five- turkey burger rive and veggies

meal six cottage cheese and a teaspoon of natty pb
------------------------------------------------------------

sat
meal one- oatmeal wiht flax meal and whety shake
meal two- chicken rice and veggies
meal three- chips salsa and some cake and ice cream
meal four- fish and veggies
------------------------------------------------------------
sun
meal one- oatmeal with flax meal, whey shake
meal two- bbq with onions and pickle. no breads just meat
meal three- turkey with veggies and sweet potato
meal four- tuna with wheat tortilla
meal five- cottage cheese and natty pb

i had water with all of my meals. i have cut from about three pops to one a day. i know i messed up sat night but i done better and got back on track. i know i only got in five meals but we was really busy at work today so i had trouble eatting as much as i needed too. but i am ready to go to the gym at 1 today. i am starting my third week of going five days a week. i got on scales and had not really lost all that much but i am having my bf done fri morning for the comp so we will see how we done that way. well i got to go . thanks for reading and if u can help any way let me know thanks.

i had a great work out. i am up to two dips. LOL i know it sounds funny but every week i can do one more than the week before. i am also starting to notice some changes. i can lift a little more than before. i go to gym lots long than i did before. i go for about 1.5 to 2 hours five days a week. i am learning more and feel a whole LOT better. well i will post my work outs tommarrow.

well i guess i better post all of my stats for the start mon. i am doing my bf every fri at my gym.

well here it goes

age 22 be 23 in less than a week
height- 5'11
weight- 249
bf- 22.8%
numbers- chest- 27

mid calf- 22
illiac- 24
lbm- 194 fat weight 55
if i left anything off let me know. i know i need to post my workout. i am going to write things down at the gym so i can keep a log of it here.

i will do that. well today is going good. i had a bad day at the gym. me nor the guy i work out with wanted to be there. i will post my diet for the day.

meal one- oat meal, flax meal and protein shake (2 scoops)

meal two- 1 c brown rice, 8 oz chicken breast, cup bell pepper.

meal three- cup brown rice chicken and vegies

meal four- 2 scoops whey shake

meal five- turkey and chicken with cup vegies

meal six- cup cottage cheese and natty pb.

water is all i drink.

i am not for sure if i am getting all the cals i need i am going to plug it into fit day. i just hate that they do not have everything i use oh well.

no idea why things changed like they did. i lost like 1 pound of fat and 2 pounds of muscle but was told this could just be a water issue. so i am change up diet some.

well i had a good work out yesterday. it was chest day. i will post waht all i done. it is almost time to do the bf test again. i hope it is down a little. i need to get my butt on track with my diet. i have problems while i am at home. i need to get some more will power is all there is to it. well jsut thought i woudl add some to ti.
