I took these pics today after returning from the gym. Enter at your own risk as I have no makeup on and my hair is a combo poofy/sweaty mess! I would like to enter a figure competition (within a year if I'm ready) and would like some critiques on what needs work.

My upper body looks leaner than my lower half because that is where my fluff resides. I could use more mass overall but if you see any areas where its really lacking then please let me know!

Stats:
Age 33
Height 5'5"
Weight 112lbs (when last checked at least two weeks ago)
Body fat 24% (this was last checked two months ago and I feel its gone down somewhat since then)

Thanks for the feedback you all! I attended an NPC show on Saturday, August 2nd so I could see what the rest of the competition is looking like. Shoot, some of the people in the audience had me feeling puny!! There was one gal with an amazing bod...she should have been in the show! I went away with the feeling that a figure show is definately doable. Yay! /forum/images/graemlins/grin.gif I would like to add more mass first so I don't look like a stick when it comes time to cutting for a show. Olive Oyl keeps bulking... /forum/images/graemlins/cool.gif

the pics look great. I would use clean bulking macros at 33/33/33 that way you can slowly add some LBM while losing some body fat. a good off season weight for you would be around 128-135 lbs.

I like the back and the quads. The tris look good, but could use more mass. Same with the calves. Keep it up Alicia, you look fantastic!
