These are my latest pics taken today. I recently had my body comp tested professionaly and I am 152 lbs @ 10.5% bf, 5'7". I'm 43 going on 44 if that make any difference.

Well I had to resort to posting the site. Just hit the gif buttons. And sorry Rico I've just been freaking out trying to get my little bussiness going. I got layed off in May and now I'm trying to have a go of it on my own. But I fogot how much I like this site, I'm glad to be back. Hopefully I'll start posting a journal again soon.

its funny.... the pic labeled 'me 2 years ago' you look every bit of 40, but in your recent pics you look upper 30's

Thanks everyone. As far as bulking ...... I'm just not up to it for now, it's a real struggle for me to eat 3000 cals a day so for the time being I think I'll just stick to a maintanence diet and see if I can't gain at a slowe pace.

Tell your dad that it's the best thing he can do for himself. I can't remember what life was like without lifting. No matter what kind of day I've had an hour at the gym will always make it better.
