BTW what BF% do you think i am i have no idea. thanks guys

just keep cutting and get your bf checked. chest fat can be stubborn and the last to go with the lower abs. how many cals do you take in daily ?

I don't think so, I think you just need to lower your bf and work on your chest a little bit more.

Im not sure, it looks possible, but then again you probably just hold extra fat there so its no big deal, keep cutting!! Awsome most muscular pose btw!!

im going to keep cutting till september 1st but no longer since i want to bodybuild for a few months then just straight up powerlift for lacrosse, this is gonna be my first season. I maintain at 2670 calories per day at 178 lbs and im currently taking in 2000-2200 cals per day. i just started doing HIIT the other night and i currently use a powerlifting routine. LAM i think i remember you saying something about you having gyno, if it was you how low did you cut till before it was gone?

I have the stubborn chest fat problem. I still hold fat in the pecs until I get down to about 7%.
I'd stay with the cals that you are using right now and see what the HIIT does. you may have to adjust your macros down the road.

Man boobs are tough to get rid of. Like everyone has been saying lower the bodyfat. But a lot of it depends on your genetics as well. But keep working and the bodyfat and working your chest. You will definately see some improvements.

Have you done any prohormones or steroids? They can cause the disease gynecomastia.

I've got the same problem as you, my lower chest is quite flabby mainly around the nipple area, it used to be fatter but i started to add more weights on my bench press and kept a wide grip and most of the fat is converting into muscle now, also try barbell pullovers, parallel bar dips, and decline bench press, they help alot and maximise the growth of the chest muscles rapidly
