looks like 16.25 to me

how tall are you dude? cos im 5'7 with 14 inchers and they look about the same as yours... well ok maybe not so good!

5'9.5"....So 14" might look the same if you're 2.5" shorter. If I was 2" taller my arms would be twigs! My arms were around 11.25" before I lifting in my skinny punk rock days!

measurements might be higher if you dont bend your arm so much and twist your wrist so it really pops out
