I took some pictures of me today just so i can get some of your comments but there is nothing to comment on really, i am very skinny for my height and I need to gain massive weight. I've been working out for 2 weeks now.. doing chest, abs, arms, starting to work on back and legs as well. My abs wont show but its pretty solid inside. My problem is gaining wieght but i am trying hard, learning from the advices I get from this site. Anyway here they are, 5 pictures, i see that some of you cut ur head out but I really dont care.. /forum/images/graemlins/smile.gif anyway thanks again for taking your time.

it seems to me that you know have to eat and lift. but hte thing is you have to make sure you have a solid lifting routine. good luck and remeber it is gonig to take time stay with it if you want results

I'd recommend that you use creatine, and stay away from cardio.

The obvious advice would be to go on a bulk diet, just like the others have said.

Follow the training advice here and eat everything in sight. I can do the former, but not the latter -- you're lucky...

Go out and buy 10 cows and eat 1 whole cow per day for teh next 10 days. But before you eat it, lift it off the ground for 4 sets of 10 reps each.

Seriously though, once you dial in your diet to find out what makes you gain weight you'll look really good.

Eat huge. Lift smart. Rest well. And eat some more.
