I added some recent pictures of myself, as of 7-10-03. I just started a new split this week, and I'm likin it so far.

My current stats: ~182 lbs. 5'11", bf% unknown.

Once my room-mate gets back I should be able to start pushing myself considerably harder on chest days again (I can't wait!). I'm still hardcore lackin on chest muscle.

Now that I'm down to a fairly healthy weight (for my height), i've been throwing around the idea of switching to a very clean bulk, though I think i'm gonna end up pushing that back until fall. I'm just getting tired of "dieting", or cutting. I've been doing it for probably 9 months now.

Id say work chest a little more, Start working those abs and your all set.

fantastic progress!

i think you should continue to cut for 2 more months and then slowly and cleanly start upping the cals bit by bit.

way to tone up! the difference between the end of april and july is remarkable... i can't add anything useful to what's already been posted. keep it up!

I'd say hold out longer and really lose that last bit of abdominal fat. Way to go though!!!!! It looks like you have really been working hard at getting in shape. /forum/images/graemlins/laugh.gif
