In the May pics i was prob about 155, then i gained up to 163 or so. Went on a 3 week cut and am at 145 (the july 12 pics). Weird weight loss i know. Comments are welcome!

i see alot of progress man good job, arms have got alot bigger, id say work more on back and chest, also, it would be better to take them all in the same light (your past and present pics) as shadows tend to mislead out eyes

Thats where i have a problem... i cant really do incline press because of previous rotator cuff problem and i dont want to stir that up again. Ive recently included incline press on the hammer strength.. seems alright but i know it wont build the mass im looking for. I did pullovers for the longest time, I guess those are alright. Anything else i can do to improve my chest?

You look great, I checked out all three folders and watched as you got more and more muscular. Good job. By the next post you should be looking really good. Cannot wait to see your progress!!

Great improvement. Keep up the good work. I agree with bam311food that it is time to resume a bulk.

Incredible progress. Keep it up. What is the purpose of flax oil in your diet? Is it good to use when trying to LOSE fat?

Ive never cut before, been bulking since i started working out. I thought i would get lean, really low bf, then clean bulk for a long time. I think I'll be much happier that way.
Jim V. -- The flax oil is a great source of EFA's. Gaining weight, or losing weight, you need to incorperate them into your diet. Generally on a cut you up the amount of fat you take in, along with protein, and lower carbs. Also, each gram of fat has 9 calories, so its an easy way to get more calories in without eating so much. Search the boards for EFAs or flax oil so you can see all the other great benefits it has.
