looks like your carrying some body fat. you have some solid mass though that would look good if you lost about 8% bf.

what all do you have planned for your cut (diet)?

Looks like we have a classic endomorph here.

Definately some muscle mass there, can't wait to see you after your cut!

here is what i'm did last week as a far as diet...
4:30 am- 1/2 serving muscle milk
6.00 am- PWO- the other half
8:00 am- 1 cup oatmeal, 3 whole eggs
11:00am- 6oz chicken breast, 1/2 bag green veg. (2 cups)
2:00 pm- 6oz salmon, rest of bag of veg.
5:00 pm- 6 oz steak and veg (2 cups)
8:00 pm- 1 cup cotttege cheese
haven't figured out the p/c/f yet

yes, i'm a true endo, any suggestions to cut this fat would be greatly appreciated

Back, Forearms, and Delts look good. Need to work a little on calves, quads, hams, and tris. Keep up the good work!

needs to work chest mostly. build delts and slim waist to add slim effect
