**** nice cut!! I think your chest could use a little more up top to even the bottom out. But if you lost the last bit of fat itll look great!!

Looking big, man. The best thing you could do for your chest is to lose the fat. Maybe you should try some shaping exercises like cable crossovers.

Well, I tried a Pectoral Compact (http://www.abcbodybuilding.com/exercise3/pectoralcompound.htm) instead of DB Flys I got a much better burn.
I suppose that this would go in training, but my pics are here so, How is this for developing my chest (to a full chest from where it is now)?
Barbell Bench
Dumbell Bench
Incline Bench
Pectoral Compound
Any better routines?

During winter wrestling it was 17%. Right now, I would say higher.

Are you going to be cutting up anytime? Or are you going all out and bulking to high hell??

I probably bulk for awhile, a cut for 4 weeks to lose 12 pounds before the start summer. A lot was water. I have small 4-6 week cuts to keep my bodyfat under controll then return to bulking for several months.
