I did this at work, so I was not pumped at all:

Arms: 16 3/4"
Forearm: 12 1/2"
Chest: 46"
Neck: 17 1/2"
Waist: 34"
Thigh: 24"
Calves: 14 1/2"

Age: 34
Height: 6'3"
Weight: 207lbs
B/F: unknown

Well, my lower body is my achilles. I've been on a massive leg blitz though, so hopefully I can get up to 215-220 with getting those legs up to par.

Id say to work on the calves!! but u do have some amazing arms!! theyre alomst too big for your body!

Nice work, but your forearms are out of proportion to your arms now. For 16-3/4" arms your forearms should now be about 13-1/2-14". I will be the same way to if I don't watch it, I have dealing with tendonitis in my forearms for about 3 months. Good job nonetheless!

You look great, but i'll echo what others have said, work on the calves. I can't make a judgement on the quads because of the long shorts, but 24" sounds fairly decent.
