Hi
im kinda new to the ABC boards, so ill give some info on myself. i registered about a year and a half ago if i remember correctly, right about the time i started lifting. Since then ive been weightlifting on and off, reading the ABC boards, slacking a bit, trying to do well in school and such. So now that its summer and i have a bit more ME time, im getting back to my training.

Ive played soccer since second grade, but i stopped(temorarily hopefully) because i lack stamina. I joined the schools Crew team and i plan to do it next year.

Right now im cutting for summer. I dont know my BF% but im going to get it calculated within the next week hopefully, and ill post it(if anyone cares to know). Im roughly following the 13 week cutting plan(i forget the exact name) posted on this site too. I use whey protien and i just started taking creatine.

My pics: i know i dont have leg pics, sorry. ill post some when i take them. also, people say my traps are unproportionate to the rest of me, which i think is true. i stopped training them a month or so ago so the rest of me can catch up.

All critiquing welcome!

oh ya, some of my stats:
weight:170
height:5'11.5
age:16

You have a good build and your body fat is already low. I think you should start a bulk. Take advantage of your teenage years. Eat like crazy and grow grow grow!

seeing that this board is probably 99% males, i can see why the views for female pics are about 100 fold what the views for guys are, but for those (34 so far) of you that actualy took the time to view this thread, PLEASE COMMENT! feedback really helps ya kno

and thanks skinny. i realize the way you shape your body in younger years will greatly influence your look in later years, but lookin good for the summer when your young is just as important /forum/images/graemlins/wink.gif

Bulk, bulk, bulk.

Good foundation, just need more mass. Delts are great, chest could definitely use a little catching up. Maybe a little more lat width as well, but in general everything is pretty proportional.

I would clean bulk. Just eat a lot of protein, 5-6 meals a day, try and sleep a lot (it's hard, I know.)

I would work on chest and shoulders more, just to give an overall "huger" look. If you paid more attention to inducing hypertrophy on your abs, you could probably see them better.

How would you induce hypertrophy on your abs??

Work them out, that's what I meant. Try doing your ab workout with weight, see what happens.

You have a great base. You are young and could use a big time bulk. Use the Get Big diet on ABC as a guide. Sleep big and train smart. Soon, you'll be a beast.

Go to an all you can eat buffet and move in for the next couple of years and you'll be huge! Seriously dude, you got some good looking definition, you need mass!

now that its summer, i wont have much trouble sleeping /forum/images/graemlins/smile.gif. yea i realize my abs are quite a bit lagging behind. i work them out tho, i read that many people just cant see abs because they have a layer of fat there, which i think i have. Im gonna start working my abs extra hard now.

Everyone urging me to bulk was quite unexpected, so i guess i should drop cutting now! ive always eaten clean tho, so it shouldnt be a problem. i didnt realize my chest was lagging so thanx for pointing that out.

Thanks for responding!

YOu were cuting huh, I hope you were doing it right cause if not and you lost even a little muscle I think you would be left with none.

Definitely bulk, I have similar stats to yours and I also have that "layer of fat" or whatever it is hiding my abs somewhat.

That's bulk spelled backwards.
Don't worry about the fat gain, just eat clean.
You look like you have the body type that doesn't gain fat easily.
