Recently from December I kinda gave up and finally back now in June I'm wanting to get back into it, I'm all motivated and I get a bruised rib. But I think it's almost healed. So I think I'm going to cut for a little bit and then bulk after i get a little slimmer. Here's a pic of me showing how I got fat over time, from these pics I would like to see what you all think my body fat percent is. Because I have no idea...

Also its kind of weird I havent worked on my shoulders in months, and they stay all cut up and nice....what is it? Is it because I use to work them alot before? or is it just in my genes? I dunno...but I swear to all of you, Im getting back into bodybuilding.

Hit the weights real hard and eat like a champ... you need to start eating...

so i dont have much muscle do i....if i slimmed down then i would be one of those really skinny kids, and i dont think i really want that.......i have an idea...if i started my bulk again, mixed with a boxing routine...wouldnt i get muscle, yet loose some excess weight because my body hasnt worked out in a while...that way i cut down, and gain muscle

Bulk. Someone with more mass and that body fat will look better then someone with the same amount of mass you have now and a low body fat.
