You have everything proportioned and I don't see anything lagging although I would like to see you develop your deltoids more. Your back is wide and impressive, and you have a good frame already. Keep lifting hard!

Nice improvemnet. It looks like you gained some muscle without gaining any fat. Your back and traps are noticably bigger.

You know on a side note you must be the strongest one in your grade lol you are like me stronger than most of the upper class man /forum/images/graemlins/laugh.gif like im a sophmore and im stronger than 85% of our junior class keep lifting bro

Well my goals are mostly to get bigger arms and a more developed chest mostly on the upper part. My biggest problem is sticking to my split, i need to get displined. Peace and thanks everypone
