I thought I read in a previous post that you were concerned about your high body fat. Yeah, it's higher that it needs to be, but nothing that you can't battle with a clean diet and lifting/cardio routine.
I would'nt suggest anything except that you spend the next 12-24 weeks eating a very clean diet and lifting for mass. Doing cardio (treadmill, stationary bike, elliptical trainer, walking outside, etc) three days per week for 20-30 minute sessions in addition to the lifting would help a bunch too.
You've got a lot of potential, you just need to stick with it and not get discouraged!

For sure man! I have already posted regarding them in the training forum. I don't know about anyone else, but looking at pictures of myself out of shape makes me wanna rip a** in the gym!
Good start!
How long have you been at it?
What are your goals?

I'm at the same boat with the calves. Some muscle mass on my quads makes calves look even smaller. /forum/images/graemlins/frown.gif /forum/images/graemlins/blush.gif /forum/images/graemlins/crazy.gif
