I've never gotten a body fat test before, so critique away and give me your guess at my body fat %. I have a caliper shipping my way, so I'll let you know who gets it right. I weighed in at 150.25lbs today.

I don't really work out thighs. On leg day, it's either cardio or calves only.

I've been bulking for almost a year now, haha. Continue bulking or start cutting?

Very nice. Your proportions are good, no area looks as if it has been neglected. I am surprised that you dont do much for your legs since they look great. I would agree that your bf% is around 12 maybe a little higher, but certainly under 15%. As for if you should bulk or cut that is really up to you and what your goals are. However since you have been bulking for a year, you might want to do a short cut just for a change of pace.

Thanx for everyone's compliments. I used to do a lot of biking and basketball back in the days, and soccer during my wee days, so that's how they initially got big. I'll still work out thighs, but only like once every 2 months.

I hit chest days with a fury. My recent chest workout without a spotter was like this:

barbell flat bench
- 12 X 95
- 10 X 135
- 6 X 175lbs
dumbell flat bench
- 10 X 70
- 8 X 80
- 5 X 80
dumbell incline
- 10 X 50
- 10 X 60
- 7 X 60
cable peck pulls for lower chest
- 40 X 10
- 50 X 10
- 60 X 7
cable peck pulls for middle chest
- 70 X 10
- 70 X 6
Incline flies:
- 10 X 20lbs
- 5 X 30lbs

You have really fantastic pecs, and great shoulders. But I'd like for you to do some real poses (ex. front double biceps, front lat spread) to really give a good judgement on your biceps and lats. Really, really good calves. Quads need more work. Great forearms. Nice traps as well.

You need to mostly work on your triceps and biceps, and quadriceps. Otherwise you have an excellent physique!!! Top notch!!! /forum/images/graemlins/cool.gif

Yea, I was thinking along those lines too. My quads are big now, but not as defined. They were 22" after my last quad workout, 3 weeks ago. I'll probably do a high rep workout with them. I'll do those other poses at the end of summer, when I reevaluate and figure out what they are.

I got my caliper finally! /forum/images/graemlins/laugh.gif For almost $20, this thing looks like a 99 cent piece of toy! It's an Accu-Measure one too. I'll post on later to tell you what my BF% is.

K, I measured my body fat twice today, using Yu Yevon's 9pt test, one much before workout, and one right after workout. I got 12.46% the first time, and 14.4% the second time. Is it suppose to change throughout the day, or do I just suck at using this caliper?

All together what type of training do you do?

How often do you train each muscle?
Ex: Monday: Chest, Tuesday: Back

What exercises do you do, along with sets and reps?

Thanks bro, leave your info here, or email it to me at ianpatrickhunter@hotmail.com

Thoe99

I do mainly heavy training, reps of 5-8 on my last 2 sets. Lately I've incorporated the drop set principle in many of my exercises, which I learned off at this site. My routines are never the same each week, but they used to be for a whole year when I started. This site has greatly expanded my arsenal of exercises.

I'm currently doing 4 days of weight training with a 6 day split, one hour each session. Took me a while to switch to a 6 day split since it's so odd, but I gave it a try and it's been giving me the most strength and size gains so far, esp now that I have biceps on its own day, and even triceps. So each part gets trained every 1.5 weeks. Split goes:

back
chest
calves, legs, or cardio (HIT)
shoulders, abs
biceps and forearms
triceps

But most importantly, I think it's the intensity of my lifts that has gotten me to where I am, even though I'm not where I want to be yet.

Whey and creatine (in cycles) are what I use. Then of course, multi-vitamins.

Thanx for the compliment, but are you serious? Do they even have a category for people 150lbs? I'd be the smallest dude there if I ever entered a competition, haha. If you saw me in street clothes, you'd never know I was like this.

I must say that you are pretty tight for being 150 and standing 5'3". Dude, that is super bro! Your pecs and quads are killer and your overall foundation is just solid. Oh man, if you were to keep the BF off and throw another 20-30 Pounds on you would be a crazy, huge beast!! I'd like to keep up on your progress! As for the BF%, I would say your in the 11-13 range, or maybe a 10 even.
