I have bulked for the past 3 months. Not satisfied with my progress. Feel that I should be bigger. I have gone from 144 lbs 13% BF to 165 lbs/ 15% BF. Height is 5'11". I am trying to bulk up to 175-180 and then cut down to about 9-10% BF. Any comments or suggestions appreciated.

progress not too bad... if that were me i'd work on the chest a bit. are you sure your BF% is 15? looks lower to me.

Yeah good progress, traps need some work IMO. How old are you btw?

Yeah I agree with Stinkfoot about the bf. I think you are closer to 10%. Your abs look great. Your proportions look pretty even to me. Just keep bulking, you are making good progress.

Great progress man! You have quite a bit less body fat then %15 for sure though. We are the same height, have the same goals (bulk to 180 and cut to 10%) even! /forum/images/graemlins/wink.gif However, right now I'm trying to cut as much as I can for the summer. When it nears it's end, I'll go on a full bulk, all through the winter.

Okay, regarding the BF%. I use a fat caliper and jackson-pollock formula with 7 points. I come up with 15.6%. I realize that the caliper is not accurate to a tenth of a point so I round down for motivational purposes. Do generally not see abs at 15% bf? Can't figure this crap out. Don't think I am screwing up the measurments. I measure each point 3 times and take the average. Plug the data into the formula and out comes 15%. Age is 30. yes, i know, pretty tiny for a 30 year old.
Rave, have you posted pics? I thought about cutting for the summer, but it just doesn't make sense. I may adjust my p/c/f ratios to make my bulk a little cleaner. Then through in some light cardio just to keep the fat down. but keep the calories high enough to put on somem more mass.
I agree the chest is lagging. I try to hit it hard but it's pretty stuborn. Thank you for all the comments.

I try to eat around 3000-3100 calories per day. I end up between 2900-3000 generally. I also aim for a 30/40/30 P/C/F ration but i end up with a 30/55/15 ratio most of the time. As you can see my fat intake is way too low and the carbs are too high. Need to do some tweaking. I average about a 1.5 pounds per week, sometimes a little more. I will be starting a BFL 12 week program in July so I will definitely clean up the diet by then.
