Hello guys been a member for a few months now thought i should post some pics.
In the album view my old pics first from 2 and 1 years ago then view my progress folder if you would.
Ive been working out around 8 months now but only in a proper routine for 4 months.
Let me know how im doing guys because my training partner is the type of guy who says i could always be doing better, i realise im no arnold but i feel ive come a long way.
i am a grown boy however and i can take all comments constructive or otherwise, so do your worst /forum/images/graemlins/smile.gif

I think you're making some nice progress, if you keep it up and work harder you'll be doing great and looking great as well!

hmmm either im too ripped to crtique or people feel sorry for me, lol im going for the latter, come on guys give me something to go for here, let me know if im doing good or could be doing a lot better
i know my chest is lagging badly although i work it to the max ive gathered chest is a problem for a lot of people, but what other area's are really lagging?

OK here's my critique. Your body fat is pretty low although you need more mass to make your muscle more noticeable. Things you need to work on is your chest primarly then your deltoids. I can see definitions on your triceps but you also need to hit your arms real hard.
Bulk up if you can.

at an experienced guess what would you say my bf is, id alway thought it to be around the 20% mark hence ive been cutting for months and months and still continue to cut.
i have a problem with my shoulders ive poisted a few times asking advice about, doctors just say to rest them which isnt doing any good. I totally agree with my chest its terrible but im hitting it with variety and varied strategies.
My arms were static for a while but their coming now seeing results every month when i take photos.

Wow, you have lost a lot of weight. I think you are ready to stop cutting and go on a clean bulk. Good work losing the fat, now its time to add the muscle. By the way, trim that chest hair!

lol you guys gave me a complex, the chest hairs all but gone, shaved under my arms while i was there to. one day i hope to get around to my face.
the basic plan is to keep hitting everything hard, add all the compound moves into my routines in 2 weeks and eat around 3300 cals a day, clean.
