Hello All,
I am new to ABC, I like the site very much. I have 4 weeks to my show. I will posting my pics in a day or two for some critique and advice. I will be competing as a lightweight once again(156lbs max). Right now I am 160 lbs, bodyfat at 7% hoping to hit around 3% naturally. Off season I weigh about 165lbs - Bench 250,Squat 385(3reps deep). Hoping to hear from all you guys! Feel free to be critital, I like to be challenged. /forum/images/graemlins/smile.gif
