Hi everyone,
I'm 6'1", currently at 193 pounds, down from 201 at end of February.
I'm doing a very slow cut, in fact, bodyweight hasn't dropped for several weeks.
I'm doing 3 workouts: a chest/shoulder/triceps day, a leg day, and a back/bicep day. There are usually 2, sometimes 3 days in between these workouts, during which I do cardio. Cardio sessions are moderate to high intensity, usually not more than 30-40 minutes in length, and never more than 60. On the advice of another member I modified my original plan to up the cardio sessions to 60-85 minutes per day, 6-7 days per week. The result has been a virtual halt to any weight loss, but I think that fat is slowly coming off, so I can live with that. I usually take one rest day each week.
