Im 17 6"1 12% bodyfat (aprox)
I've been in a gym for 4 1/2 months but i only knew what i was doing only a month ago or so... till then i just lifted what i saw ppl doing.
I was 147lb in first day in gym and now im 159lb and i didnt even eat properly i barely ate 80g of protein lol...
Yesterday started my first bulking cycle and soon im gonna buy protein powder and creatine (never used this very expensive).
also my arms were 11" and now their 12.5" relaxed and 13.8" flexed. my goal is to be 177lb in this bulking phase and until ill reach that goal i wont stop eating. /forum/images/graemlins/laugh.gif
