Chest needs work, I think someone interrupted you during a heart attack to take pics.....you neck and arms are laggin too, especially the tris, but first of learn some ***kin poses man.....

sorry man... like everyone said work on your poses
Try working upper chest first on chest day(it'll make your chest look bigger)... and do some dips, all kinds of dips and don't forget squats... basically I'd just do the major exercises and not worry about isolation until later when you gain some mass.
and please pull up your pants

You have a low body fat but as it appears, your waist looks wide. The problem I see is your chest and your deltoid area. Work on those area so that your waist will appear smaller.
