I haven't really been hitting the weights like I should have been. since my injury a couple months ago. I've actually lost a little muscle , but I lost some fat as well ..... The folder shows both the old ones and new ones ... The Yellow shorts are from about 2 hrs ago ... As you can see I still need alot of lat work and shoulder work . I just got a pull up bar , so hopefully within the next couple months They will start to show much better .

YEha After the Injusry I've had trouble remotivating myself ... Usually I'm good for a few months , slack off for several then get back into it ... Teh summer weatehr and Shirtless days are ticking in the back of my mind ...lol
I still hit them once a week , just not nearly the intensity or devotion I had in the Winter ....
Thanks for the comments man . /forum/images/graemlins/smile.gif
Your looking pretty good. Get back in the gym and hit those weights. Of course don't hurt yourself again.

Thanks Vito .... I'm not sure how many on here remeber the HEadache Issue I had back in the beginning of Feb. I think ... Well that was only a beginning ... lol I had a little too much to drink one night and jumped oin the Mechanical bull at the local Sports bar , Ended up hurting my Forearm pretty bad , and it took a while to reheal ....
Now I'm out of excuses , just not as motivated ...lol
< --- thinks he's gonna go hit some weights now ... lol

Thanks man ... Yeha the more and more I'm checking the mirror when coming back from the hot outdoors ... This is usually the first step to me getting back into my cycle ... After looking in the mirror enough and seeing the faults and where I want improvements , I soon after begin to hit them harder ...
You folks are helping alot too . /forum/images/graemlins/cool.gif
