Hey - I took some pics today just to monitor my progress (don't see much progress since March 31...).
I don't look like some of the guys here, but when I started out in October I was 245Lb walking piece of lard /forum/images/graemlins/smile.gif Need some advice...But for the last 3 weeks I've been pretty hardcore as far as my diet ( the 13 week one) except maybe 2 times /forum/images/graemlins/smile.gifAnd my workouts have been super intense. Right now I only do 3-4 cardio session a week, but like before I feel I need morecardio to drop another 20lb...
