Hey-
I just started posting so here's a few pics. I'm really skinny because i have a fast metabolism. Does anyone know any ways to slow it down? I eat as much as i can and can afford.
Thanks-
Brett

holy crap! you need to hook up with captain cellulite and go raid the buffets.
eat as much as you possibly can, your body will grow eventually.
Just as there is liposuction, there should be lipo-injection.

No way! Listen, eat but eat smart! I'd kill to have those abs. This is what you need to do. Eat protien by your body wieght X 2. Also, no cardio! Finally, eat carbs but let's not go crazy. You need to keep your heart healthy too. Good luck man! There are plenty of great articles here for you to bulk up.

All hope is not lost bro. My best friend went from about your build (6'1 and 150 pounds) to 250 pounds within 2 and a half years(went up to about 18-20% bodyfat). Some things he did were to eat huge amounts, have a big meal b4 bed, set alarm for middle of night and chug an mrp, also he did all the big movements such as squat, dead, clean, military, snatch etc right from the start using heavy weight with CORRECT form. He also never did more than 8-10 sets per bodypart and styed in the 5-8 rep range. Good luck and hope this helps.
ps. sorry about punctuation.

Meal Replacement Protein OR Meal Replacement Bar(MRB)
A protein shake or bar taken when you cant get sufficient enough protein in a meal.

Tyler durden is right. Mrp just stands for meal replacement shake, such as prolab's nlarge. It doesn't have to be a shake, you could eat a chicken sandwich or a steak and baked potato just something to keep the calories and nutrients flowing.
Does a strong wind knock you over?!! Eat unitl you can't eat no more then eat again.

Hey man, you are as skinny as me..!!! I've done a lot of toning for like 5-6 months which resulted in the following:
http://www.v6firefury.com/me/bodyshot2.jpg
2 weeks ago, i've redone my routine to a bulking/mass builder routine and changed up my diet to eating things with high protein rather than lots of fat... after lifting on my new routine for 2 weeks I can say my hunger has doubled as what it was before 2 weeks ago, and now I can eat way more, and since I watch what I eat and try to consume as much protein / carbs as possible, it resulted in a 3lbs gain in just 2 weeks... pretty **** impressive and i am not stopping, i am going for 130LBS, and then 140LBS... who knows what optimal mass is for being 5'6, but as long as I am dont have the chubs it will be all good!

You skinny guys really get under my skin! (and believe me I've got lots of it to get under) I've got the belly that won't go away from years of being fat and all I hear from you and yours is how you want to gain weight! Enjoy being skinny! LOL!!!! Flaunt your emaciated frames in pictorial fashion in front of us blubber-bellys non stop just for our punishment for having a slow metabolism and being carb-addicted!!! I'll never have a body like yours no matter how much I diet or exercise...but you could get like I was if you just try hard enough and send me $19.95 for my booklet entitled "How To Look Fat And Sloppy In Just 8 Weeks" Just kidding of course, but I think you look great..just eat, lift, and sleep!!! (I think someone already said that!?)
