I put these in my journal somewhere, but whatever eh? I can't sleep, I feel like crap and I gotta get up in about 4 hours. /forum/images/graemlins/shocked.gif Only have the two posted because that's where growth is most evident (in my eyes anyway). 3 months can make a huge difference if you go from sh!t nutrition and sub-par workouts to a well-planned diet and some serious intensity in the gym. Gained 15 pounds in that period and yes, I know it's not all LBM /forum/images/graemlins/tongue.gif

You are mad diesel. Amazing progress, especially on the legs. It doesn't look like much of that 15 lbs was fat.

As for my routine, well, it's in my journal, but it goes something like this:

Game week
Sunday: Off
Monday: Legs
Teusday: Practice
Wednesday: Upper Body
Thursday: Practice or Sprints
Friday: Off
Saturday: Game

Bye week
Sunday: Off
Monday: Legs
Tuesday: Practice
Wednesday: Chest / Back - or - Chest / Bi's
Thursday: Practice or sprints
Friday: Traps / Delts - or - Back / Tri's
Saturday: Arms - or - Traps / Delts

I don't really plan too much ahead of time. If I feel strong, I lift heavy. If I feel weak I do reps. Lately I've felt strong so I've been warming up wth a pyramid and busting out one or two heavy sets. Don't have a set method for my training but no matter the day, I leave the gym totally exhausted. Oh yeah, I guess I kinda been favoring sets in the 8-10 rep range except for squatting and benching - been trying to work heavy with those. Not a whole lotta help I'm sure, but I just know what works for me. One final thing. Eat. Eat a lot.

It helps that all I had to do during the last three months was lift. Moved as little as possible and saved all my energy for the gym.

Hey Source, haven't seen you around for awhile...
Yeah, I still got a six pack, but eight show up in the morning /forum/images/graemlins/tongue.gif I have no idea why they're still around, but the next person who tells me that abs are "made in the kitchen" is gunna get punched in the face. Abs are 'made' like other muscles and then defined in the kitchen /forum/images/graemlins/shocked.gif Bleh, I'm just grumpy. Most of the fat I gained so far has gone on my sides (love handles kinda) and lower back. If I ever got really fat, I'd probably have half a spare tire and a six pack still.

Heh, anyway, thanks bro. Not as ripped as you, but oh well, can't have everything. I guess it's helping a ton on the field. I sure have lost a lot of endurance, but I can run through most any back trying to tackle me above my upper legs/waist. Them little guys still manage to get my feet if I'm not careful. /forum/images/graemlins/mad.gif Favorite thing to do now is throw people off me that try to grab me around the body. I guess it makes me look bad *** (or so I'm told). Dunno how much longer I'll bulk for anymore. Gotta start dating again so I'm thinking of just getting freaky cut again.

Heh, just noticed this... I don't know what I'm going to do when my metabolism slows down. Might have to ditch the cookies for good. And the 8 pack thing is only visible in the morning with good light. Would gladly trade 'em for another 2-3 inches on my lower quads.

All I can say is you look great. Legs are well defined including abs and chest. Just awesome!
