Just figured I would post the pic's from the National qualifier I did last month.
Show went well and I won both the Juniors and the Bantamweight Open Classes. I might try the Jr. USA's next year. I'm qualified now for the next two.
Comments/Critiques welcome.

What do you use to get that color of skin?

Gravija,
I use four coats of ProTan (starting the thursday before the show) and then a final coat (applied the morning of the show) of a product called DreamTan. The last coat really darkens you, but under light it looks much more natural.
Seksi,
thanks for the comments

Thanks all for your kind words....
Gravija,
I don't keep my stats other than my bodyweight and BF% b/c my only goal is to stay symmetric. I don't focus in on inches, rather overall proportional size. I can tell you at the show I weighed 142 at 5.5%. In the offseason I am usually around 155-157 at around 9%. I try to stay lean all year round so cutting time is less difficult.
I am taking a little while off till my next show. I am really thinking about doing next year's Jr. USA's, but time will tell. It all depends w/ work, my life at that time, and my money situation (obviously). It's not cheap trying to compete w/ those who juice when your natural. Supplements cost a bit of change.
In the mean time I am training harder than ever and I am really trying to add on some quality lean muscle to my frame. I'm currently on a 4 on 2 off lifting scheme, but that will change here probably in about two weeks or so. Variation is the key.

Yu Yevon,
My goals now are just to fill out a little bit everywhere and my big points of emphasis are back, calves (the two things you hit on)and chest. I have been hitting calves especially hard b/c right now they are the one thing on my frame that I think is "legging". To compete on a national level though, I know I have to get larger everywhere. That's why I am taking atleast about a year and a half off from competing and just focusing on adding some lean muscle to my frame. Thanks a million for your suggestions and comments.

I've lifted weights since I was a freshman in HS (had to for HS athletics). But I really started "lifting" as a bodybuilder since my freshman year in college. All together about 9 years, but actually lifting for a purpose just about five.

Wow, you look amazing. The definition is great. The only thing I would suggest (minor) is to widen your lats. Otherwise, you are in great great shape. Congrats and keep up the fantastic work.

Sicily,
Yes I go strictly through Beverly International. They have helped me out so much i cannot explain. I've came a long way in bodybuilding w/ them. Jeremiah Forster is a mentor for me. He has been great and I've learned a lot from him.
BTW- I'm 5'6ish

Chezburger, you look absolutely fantastic! You mentioned expensive supplements. Will you share some of your secrets and tell us which ones?
And Sicily, how in the world did you figure out that he follows Beverly International? You are good, really good.
