hi everyone, as you may know I am 17 from syd, been training for 2 years and I was wondering how long would it take from this condition to cut down to contest condition.

I am around 21 weeks out, so i am trying to determine how long I should bulk and cut for.

when i bulk i will do so very very clean, and maybe deviate 1-2% bf max.

thanks for your comments

I would use the 13 weeks to hardcore fat burning and cut but thats my uneducated opinion. I've found I've been able to put on mass while doing this, (i'm in my 8th week) so you maybe able to accomplish both.

Your looking Great though!!

for 17 years old you look amazing.. good job.. your back and arms are really good.. maybe you might need to fill out the chest a litle more?

Nice back and legs. You are pretty lean so I don't think you will need to cut for more than 8-10 weeks. By the way, you are huge for 17. Keep up the good work and you will be a monster in your 20's.

I say bulk up for a little bit longer, your body fat is still really low... btw, what is your BF%? your shoulders are really looking cut up, bicep is huge, and legs are lookin good

quads are ripped. calves seem small but its hard to tell in the pic. your lats overshadow your chest, work on filling your chest out more.

i dont think you should bulk much longer for fear of not starting your cut early enough and then having to drop too much weight too fast.

it appears you are holding some fat around your stomach, right under your belly button.

showdown or tcw should be able to help out, they are extremely knowledgeable about this aspect

thanks for the comments, i will put particular emphasis on the chest, but yeah. with the aid of a thermogenic, do you think I can afford to cut in 8 weeks time?

so bulk for another 7-8 and then 1 week to taper the calories, then start cutting

calves surprisingly are around 16.5" but they dont have that peak, i am gonna start training them 2x a week and hard

any tips for chest guys?

looks like you should focus on incline. also do some db pullovers. arnold credits much of his upper chest development to db pullovers (well, and anabolics too, but thats a different thread) - i read that in one of my crappy flex mags (not the anabolics part, just the upper chest part)

7-8 weeks is too short to cut properly imo. you might cut yourself short and then have to play catchup at the expense of some hard earned lbm.

showdown?

First off props to adonis you're going to be huge at the rate you're going. How much do you weigh and how tall are you?

Hey Pal I'm not an expert or anything, but you say on your profile that you are 13 years old and you want to lower your body fat?! I'd say just keep bulking until you hit your growth spurt or something, but I don't really know... what do you guys think GP? Showdown?

well im not one to talk, but i think you should really focus on toning those abs some more. youve got good mass and all but toning is the key cause it looks like you have gerat potential.....i think.....

Lookin great! Depending on your experience level, it may only take you 12 weeks to cut down properly, but if you haven't done it before, you might want to set aside some more time.

V-taper is excellent. Quads look good also. Like others said, chest needs some work. Your upper chest needs mass, but your outer chest also needs some work too.

Keep up the good work!
