I agree, lower than 16%. I'd say 14-15% somewhere.
Anyway, work on posing - that's the quickest thing to fix /forum/images/graemlins/smile.gif Spread those arms! They look good, too. Lat width and chest mass, IMO, looks like they need work to catch up w/how good your arms look.
Not 16%? hmm stupid Tanita body fat scale.. that thing must be inaccurate then. I spent a good 80 bux on it too! I guess I should start looking for some calipers then huh?
I'm working on my chest mass.. i can't seem to get visually bigger in the chest, but I can bench 225 x 4 reps now.
Manson, how do I work on posing? lol
My current measurements are:
Chest: 42"
Neck: 15.25"
Arms: 14"
Waist: 32.8"
Forearm: 11.1"
Here's a few pics of my progress.. seems a bit slow huh?
My posture is horrible.. does anyone have any tips on improving my posture? particularly the curving of my upper back and shoulders..

Force yourself to stand up straight. Try walking around with a book on top of your head for a few minutes every day.
That will strighten your posture in no time. Eat more and throw away that scale its not worth it.

Yup, get some calipers. BF% scales can't account for a few variables you need to figure your %, so calipers are the way to go.

Try slowing down your negatives. Meaning, lift the weight up nice and controlled, then count 3-4 seconds before it touches your chest. Count that as one rep. The slower you go on the negative, the more it breaks your muscle fibers down. That's why you see people in the gym putting up heavy barbells really fast, yet they have no pecs /forum/images/graemlins/grin.gif When you go slower, your barbell poundage goes down, so prepare for it. That is, of course, if you aren't already doing them slow.

Just practice. The only thing I meant was that in your double bicep shots, your arms are more turned into the front of your body as opposed to being straight out. Stick them out like this:
